ORDER PROCESSING:
In-Stock Products
Please allow 3 to 5 working days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 to 5 working days to let you know your order is on the way!
Pre-Order Products
Some of the product shown on this site is available as preorders: this means that you can purchase the item in advance and it will be shipped later on or as soon as it launches on the market. The estimated time frame for the item to be ready will be available in the product page. Preorders can take up to 60 days or more to be shipped and delivered.
However, there are cases where you might want to purchase a product that is already available and another one that is in preorder. In these circumstances, we suggest to do the following:

If you are in a hurry to start working on the available product, please purchase them separately.

If you are willing to wait for the preorder to be available, then purchase them together and save on the shipping costs!
SHIPPING:
Local Delivery
Flat rate shipping fee of $5 applies to orders shipping within Singapore. Local delivery may take up to 7 days depending on the status of the product.
International Shipping
We currently ship our products worldwide via Registered Airmail (Trackable). Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout for your convenience. If you have any questions about shipping to your country, please feel free to reach out to us. Typically, delivery takes between 14 to 21 days, depending on the product's status.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any products purchased through our store. Please carefully review your order details before completing your purchase as no exceptions will be made regarding product changes or cancellations. Alternatively, please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your purchase before completing the transaction.
Exception: The item arrives damaged or defective not caused by the carrier, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to report any issues.
